Pigment Control for Dry/Dehydrated Skin
Daily Care Regimen
This regimen is designed to provide maximum hydration and helps to reduce hyperpigmentation. It can be used on all Fitzpatrick skin types and sensitivity levels.
morning:
1. Cleanse with a dime-sized amount of Creamy Cleanser. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Correct cleanse with Pigment Bar. Moisten the enclosed sponge and create a creamy lather. Cleanser the affected area, allowing the lather to remain on the skin for approximately two minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with a pea-sized amount of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply a pea-sized amount of C&E Advanced blended with one to two pumps of Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum to the entire face for added brightening, increased hydration and antioxidant benefits.
4. Apply one to two pumps of Vitamin b3 Brightening Serum to reduce the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone as well as age related skin yellowing.
5. Apply a mixture of Hydrator Plus SPF 30 and Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum for broad spectrum UV protection and a super-moisturized, even skin tone.
6. For the lips, apply Hyaluronic Acid Lip Booster to improve hydration and dramatically reduce lip lines.
Note: Apply Hydrator Plus SPF 30 prior to applying Hyaluronic Acid Lip Booster to protect the lips from UV exposure.
evening:
1. Cleanse with a dime-sized amount of Creamy Cleanser. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with a pea-sized amount of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply one to two pumps of Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum to the entire area of treatment.
3. Apply a pea-sized amount of Intensive Brightening Treatment: 0.5% pure retinol treatment to the entire face.
5. Hydrate with a nickel-sized amount of Silkcoat® Balm.
6. For the lips, apply Hyaluronic Acid Lip Booster.
weekly:
1. Cleanse with a dime-sized amount of Creamy Cleanser. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Tone with Hydrating Toner.
3. Apply an even layer of Daily Exfoliant with wet fingertips and massage gently, using circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
4. Apply a thin even layer of the Revitalizing Mask over entire face. Leave on two to five minutes depending on sensitivity. If uncomfortable, remove immediately. Remove with warm water and pat dry.
4. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with a pea-sized amount of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
5. Apply a mixture of Hydrator Plus SPF 30 and Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum for broad spectrum UV protection and a super-moisturized, even skin tone.
Advanced Oily Hyperpigmentation Regimen
Daily Care Regimen
This daily protocol is designed to simultaneously control oil and reduce skin discolorations. This regimen can be used on all Fitzpatrick skin types, but may be too stimulating for hypersensitive skin.
morning:
1. Cleanse with a dime-sized amount of Facial Wash Oily/Problem. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Tone with Smoothing Toner.
3. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with a pea-sized amount of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
4. Apply a pea-sized amount of Pore Minimizer Skin Mattifying Gel to entire face.
5. Apply one pump of Weightless Protection Broad Spectrum SPF 45 for broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
evening:
1. Cleanse with Blemish Control Bar. Moisten the enclosed sponge and create a creamy lather. Allow the lather to remain on the skin for approximately two minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with one to two pumps of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply a pea-sized amount Intensive Clarity Treatment®: 0.5% pure retinol night blended with one to two pumps of Vitamin b3 Brightening Serum to the entire face and neck.
5. Hydrate with a nickel-sized amount of Clearskin.
Melasma Daily Care Regimen
Daily Care Regimen
This advanced protocol is designed to target more severe and deeper cases of melasma. The combination of products used will provide the fastest possible results.
morning:
1. Cleanse with Pigment Bar®. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with one to two pumps of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply a pea sized amount of C&E Advanced blended with one to two pumps of Vitamin b3 Brightening Serum to the entire face and neck.
4. Apply a pea-sized amount of Clearskin to entire face for accelerated brightening and anti inflammatory benefits with 4% niacinamide. It is effective in the correction of current and prevention of future discolorations.
5. Apply Weightless Broad Spectrum SPF 45 for broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.
evening:
1. Cleanse the skin first using a dime-sized amount of Facial Wash Oily/Problem. Follow with a second cleanse using the Pigment Bar®. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Tone with Nutrient Toner (a.m. or p.m., not to exceed once daily).
3. Apply one to two pumps of Pigment Gel® HQ Free blended with one to two pumps of Vitamin b3 Brightening Serum over entire face. Allow to penetrate and dry.
4. Apply Intensive Brightening Treatment: 0.5% pure retinol night to the entire face.
6. Depending on level of dryness, moisturize with a nickel-sized amount of Silkcoat® Balm or for normal to oily skin Clearskin.
Acne-Induced Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation Regimen
Daily Care Regimen
This simple protocol is designed to treat the superficial hyperpigmentation brought on by acne. This particular daily care regimen is best suited for patients who are hesitant to use numerous products, and those whose acne has cleared and are seeking treatment only for the resultant post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). It can be used on all Fitzpatrick skin types and sensitivity levels.
morning:
1. Cleanse with a dime-size amount of Facial Wash or Facial Wash Oily/Problem. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with one to two pumps of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply a pea sized amount of C&E Advanced to entire face for accelerated brightening and anti-inflammatory benefits. It is effective in the correction of current and prevention of future discolorations.
4. Apply the appropriate PCA SKIN® broad spectrum SPF product for daytime moisture and broad spectrum UV protection.
evening:
1. Cleanse with the Pigment Bar®. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
2. Spot-treat areas of discoloration with one to two pumps of Pigment Gel® HQ Free. Allow to penetrate and dry.
3. Apply a pea sized amount of Intensive Brightening Treatment: 0.5% pure retinol night to entire face.
4. Depending on level of dryness, moisturize with a nickel-sized amount of Silkcoat® Balm for extremely dry skin, Collagen Hydrator for dry skin, ReBalance for normal to oily skin or Clearskin for breakout-prone skin.
